Returns

All items purchased at Shop Nak's Closet are final sale. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. NO CANCELLATIONS. NO EXCEPTIONS. The only exception for a return is If it is a factory default (which doesn’t mean stitching some stitches can be off but it isn’t a factory default) with the product is the only time you can exchange the product within 5 business days so it is best to open your package as soon as you receive to ensure everything is right with the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Please be sure to read the description/fit as each item is described accurately.

All returned items must be in original packaging with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and paperwork included. Write the reason for return on the original receipt. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet our requirements. Should any items fail to meet these requirements, they will be returned to buyer.  

Exchanges

Request for exchange ONLY IF IT A FACTORY DEFAULT WITH THE ITEM has to be made within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise. Please allow 7-14 business days for your exchange to be processed. You will be notified via email once your return is processed. Be sure to securely package all items as we reserve the right to refuse items not in the original condition suitable for resale. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
